An exciting new development for more experienced players – MAG Veterans commencing 2012.
MAG Veterans is designed to give more senior players, be they members of an airsoft club or ex members wanting to enjoy a casual shoot, a chance to enjoy something more than a simple skirmish.
MAG Veterans will run a senior level game once every two months and open participation in one MAG training day every alternate month.
MAG Veterans can expect to enjoy -
1) Something new on a CQB day.
2) Support weapons on selected Green Ops days.
3) Night/Evening Games.
4) Navigation exercise in selected Green Ops days.
5) Team orientated games.
6) Access to venues not normally provided on club days or events.
7) The option to participate in training days if they want to.
8) Special deals on MAG events and purchasing.
9) Social activities and team building days.
MAG Veterans will enjoy access to their own forum where they can socialise, discuss tactics, put forward game scenarios that they would like to try, and share game ideas.
The MAG Veterans forums will also be a useful networking tool for those senior players who may be looking for help, support, and advice for larger projects that they may want to attempt.
So if you are an experienced player or ex player get involved.
Eligibility is easy anyone who meets the criteria can join.
To be eligible to become a MAG Veteran individuals must-
1) Complete the application form and submit for approval.
2)a) Have played the sport of Airsoft for a club for at least 3 years.
or
2)b) Be an ex player of an Airsoft club.
2)c) Be a current or ex member of the NZDF.
2)d) Be a current or ex member of the NZ Police Force.
2)e) Show cause for special admission.
Being-
i) Sponsored by a senior MAG Veterans member.
ii) Sponsored by an ASNZ Committee member.
3) Exhibit a mature attitude towards the sport of Airsoft.
4) Read, acknowledge, and abide by the MAG Veterans Rules of Play
and by the Veterans Code of Conduct.
5) Complete the standard 3 month probation period.
6) Be approved by the program management team.
